Step 7. Select fields for the query

LCE120 - Query a Single file
1.  Select the following fields for the query, in this order:

• Department (xDepartmentCode)
• Identification (xEmployeeIdentification)
• Surname (xEmployeeSurname)
• Annual Salary (xEmployeeSalary)
• Given Names (xEmployeeGivenNames)

     To select a field, either:

• Double click on the field description, or
• Press enter while the field is highlighted, or
• Drag the field description from the 'Selected File' area to the 'Selected Fields' area

2.  Drag the Given Names field to be listed before the Annual Salary field (correcting the order).
