You can preview the list of items that will be exported according to the current specifications.

As you modify your export list, you can repeatedly display this preview to check the effects of your changes.

If you see an item in the preview that you wish to exclude from the export, right click on it to display the context menu and select Add to excluded items.

Note: This preview is valid at the time it is generated. Your export list may include dynamic search criteria and/or include other export lists that themselves may change or be subject to dynamic search criteria. Therefore, the actual list of items exported at some other time may be different to the list shown in the preview, even though this export list's definition may not have changed.
