If the Management Console fails to load or display correctly, the most common reason is that the web server and/or listener is not running on the LANSA Composer Server.
You should begin by checking that the web server and listener (both are necessary) are running. Start or restart them if necessary. For more information, refer to the topic below that is appropriate to your LANSA Composer server:

Next you should check that the base URL for the browser interface is correct. Check and correct the applicable system setting if necessary. Refer to System Settings for further information. If you are entering a URL directly into your browser's address bar or using a link that is external to the LANSA Composer client, double-check that the URL is correct.
