For a details of the logging and tracing options, refer to 2.7 Set Logging and Tracing Options.
To log or trace a Module, open the Choose Module to Log and Trace dialog box  from the Module Log and Trace... menu item in the Advanced menu on the Administrator's main window.

Select the module you wish to log and/or trace from the list. For client workstations, the only valid option is CPI-C MANAGER.
The other options in the list are for modules when logging and tracing from a server workstation.
Select Edit to open the Log and Trace Information dialog box, or Close to cancel.
Note: IBM i Logging and Tracing facility is configured on the IBM i as described in LANSA Communication Extensions Configuration Items in the LANSA for i User Guide. It is not related to this facility.
