True if this item is the focus item in the list
Member of Dropdown Item (PRIM_MD.DropdownItem)
Data Type - Boolean
Focus will return True if the item is the focus item in the dropdown.
The focus item is the item in the visual list that will respond to keyboard entry.
There will only ever be one focus item.
