DrawStyle - MouseOverStyle Property
Style applied to the control when mouse over

The MouseOverStyle property is a reference to a PRIM_VS.Style to be applied to a control when the mouse is within the bounds of the control.
When the mouse leaves the style is removed.
Drawstyles can be augmented using local styling.
