List Column - ColumnMouseEnter Event
Fired when the mouse enters the bounds of the column

ColumnMouseEnter is fired when the mouse enters the outer bounds of a column header.
Most ColumnMouseEnter/ColumnMouseLeave requirements, such as setting the cursor or Style, can be better managed through the use of other more automated features such as the ColumnMouseOverStyle property.
