Menu Item - Enabled Property
Enable activates/deactivates the component
Member of Menu Item (PRIM_MITM)
Data Type - Boolean
The Enabled property governs whether the menu item will react to mouse and keyboard input.
When False the menu item will ignore all user input.
Disabled controls can still be changed programmatically.
