TipShow controls whether menu item tip is shown

Details

The TipShow property enables and disables the appearance of tips in the Status Bar.
Tip processing evaluates the TipShowOfParent property first.
If True, the value of TipShow is ignored. This allows tip processing to be turned on or off at application level.
