To import entity and attribute ratings:

1. Right-click on your existing model version and select Import>Ratings to display the Import dialog.
   
   

   An example of a Ratings file would be a text file: ratings.txt: attribute,entity,rating ,dim_customers,mandatory ,dim_orders,mandatory

2. Select the rating file to import and click Open to display the Configure import settings dialog.
   
   • Clear the Has header row checkbox to not include the header row for the columns.
   • Select the Is rating name case sensitive checkbox if the rating name is case sensitive.
   • Select the Is entity/attribute name case sensitive checkbox if the entity/ attribute name is case sensitive.
3. Click Next>.
   

   If there are new ratings in the import file, the Setup new ratings dialog is displayed. Select a Color from the drop-down list and click Next>.

4. From the Assign ratings dialog, select the entities and attributes to be assigned ratings.
   
5. Click Assign.
6. A Success message is displayed and ratings are successfully assigned to entities and attributes.
   
7. Click OK.
