The Sales Contact will send the Cloud account ID license files back to you. These files will be suffixed with “.lic”.
The Cloud account ID license file(s) must be installed on each Cloud VM instance that needs to be licensed. It usually makes sense to install all license files in a custom image, which may be used in any account/region.
The Cloud Account license files can be in one of two places:
C:\Program Files (x86)\LANSA\WAM Application\X_Win95\X_LANSAComputer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\LANSA\Common, with Key and Value:
c:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\LANSA.
