To add a connection, follow the steps below.

  1. Right-click on the Connection category and select Add connection. You can also select the connection category and click Add a connection in the Workflow pane.
  2. Choose the desired Connection type from the drop-down list:
  3. Click Next >. The connection will be created.
  4. The wizard then takes you through creating a source system model for the newly created connection. If you do not wish to do this, you may exist the wizard by clicking Cancel and start working with the new connection object.
  5. Select the category or model to create the source system in and click Next >. The Create a New Model Version dialog will be shown.
