Alerts

SQL Diagnostic Manager now correctly alerts about DB data files sizing.

SQLDM now correctly triggers and notifies alerts for the Session CPU Time alert.

The Databases category metrics now correctly raise alerts and send email notifications.

Alert Filters

The Longest Running Version Store Transaction (minutes) alert filter is working as expected and the email notification includes the stored comment in the alert.

The % wildcard for 'users' is now allowed by the Exclusion filter for the Session Tempdb Space Usage (MB).

The Alert Suppression configuration is no longer causing an incorrect status of the monitored instance.

The Databases Exclusion configuration in the Advanced Alert filter is working as expected.

Availability Groups

SQLDM now discovers preferred replica information from Availability Group settings.

Custom Counters

The issue with Customer Counter collection when a monitored instance is in maintenance mode has been resolved.

Custom Counters are now correctly shown in the "Alert Configuration" window after the instance is linked to it.

The Custom Counters from a monitored instance can now be removed all in one using Server Properties.

Databases

The installation script for the Model database sizing is now working correctly

The Database Analysis is now reporting the correct schema.

Desktop Client

The new added panels to SQLDM Desktop Client are displaying correct values when loading data from the repository.

Disk Drives

The Disks Drives on a newly registered server are now correctly discoverable using OLE automation or WMI.

Extended Events

SQLDM now correctly collects query data through Extended Events.

General

SQLDM is displaying the SQL Server service pack information correctly.

SQL Diagnostic Manager now correctly notifies by email, the login failures.

SQL Diagnostic Manager now correctly reports the correct Cumulative Updates for the monitored instances.

SQLDM installation is now completing successfully when the service account credentials contains special characters.

SQLDM now correctly identifies the SQL Server version of the monitored instances.

Graphs

SQL Diagnostic Manager now correctly displays baselines in the graphs.

IDERA Dashboard

The widgets in the IDERA Dashboard are rendering properly after selecting an identifier for a custom dashboard.

The Instance Status widget in the IDERA Dashboard is now correctly filtering non-active instances.

The IDERA Dashboard login information is now correctly encrypted.

The IDERA Dashboard is no longer displaying any exceptions when checking monitored instances in DM.

The Server Properties now correctly displays the server data in the IDERA Dashboard interface.

The Overview tab in the web console is no longer displaying an exception when clicking the summary under the Active Alerts widget.

Maintenance Mode

The Servers now correctly follow the Maintenance Mode schedule.

Metrics

The "Mirroring Unsent Log" metric now triggers the Critical alert at a higher threshold value.

The metric graph Disk busy per disk located under the Disk option in the Resources tab is now correctly loading.

Query Monitor

"QueryMonitorCollectQueryPlan" and "QueryMonitorCollectEstimatedQueryPlan" flags in dba.MonitoredSQL Server are no longer setting to 1 when adding instances with the Query Monitor enabled.

SQLDM now correctly creates historical snapshots when Query Monitor is enabled and configured to use Query Store.

The TempDB contention which caused blocking sessions when the Query Monitor is enabled, has been resolved.

Reports

The 'Disk Space Usage Forecast' report now correctly exports to PDF.

The Alert History report is now displaying all the historical alerts of the specified period of time.

The Detailed Session Report is now displaying all the expected data based on its configuration.

The displayed blockings in the reports and in the graphs are now correctly synced.

Resources

The Free Disk column under the Disk Size option of the Resources tab now correctly sorts numerically.

SCOM

The SCOM integration after upgrading SQL Diagnostic Manager now works as expected.

Services

The reported crashes of the SQLdm Management Service caused by configurations in certain Alert Response conditions, are no longer occurring.

The SQLdm Management service is no longer crashing when importing an alert action response rule.

Sessions

The Session monitor now correctly displays the Job name along with the Job ID.

SQL Server Agent

When the SQL Server Agent Job Failure alert raises, the Details description no longer exposes sensitive information.

The Advanced Filters for the SQL Server Agent Job Completion metric are no longer case sensitive.
