The items on this checklist are in addition to those listed in the 2.2 Visual LANSA General Checklist.
- Do you know the computer node name of your workstation? If not, LANSA will assign one for you. For information about node names, refer to Define Personal Computers to LANSA in the LANSA for i User Guide.
- If a connection has not already been defined do you have the IBM i system network details? You will require the system name (hostname) or IP address and the Listener's Port number for the IBM i server. For more information, refer to the LANSA Communications Setup Guide about configuring your workstation connection to an IBM i Server.
