Click on the Create a new project … link in the left pane:
Type in a project name and description.
Make sure you tick the VLF-ONE RAMP project checkbox so that your modernized screens will adopt the VLF-ONE style settings.
Click on the Create Project button:
If an authentication request is shown, enter dev/dev.
