Before you begin to use User Agent, check that you have the following:
Do you have the appropriate Java Runtime Environment installed? The software can be installed, but will not execute, if the correct JRE has not been installed.
Do you have a TCP/IP connection? You will need to have a connection to the Server that will receive the upload.
Do you have a host configuration file already defined? Refer to 8.5 How to Build a Configuration File.
Do you know the source file to be uploaded? Refer to 8.3.5 Understand Source Files.
