Executed when the item loses selection
Member of Tile Design interface (PRIM_TILE.ITileDesign)

Details
The OnItemLostSelection method is executed for each design instance when the list item becomes loses selection.
This will correspond with the ItemLostSelection event firing on the containing Tile.
