Working from this screen you can:
Select a field from the accessed file for review/change/create or deletion of Predetermined Join Fields. To do this enter any non-blank character in the column labeled "Sel" against the required field. The resulting display will depend on the relationship defined on the access route and the type of field selected. - If the relationship is 1 to 1, only the LOOK UP operation is performed.
- If the relationship is 1 to many and the selected field is alpha only, the COUNT operation can be performed.
- If the relationship is 1 to many and the field selected is numeric, TOTAL, MAXIMUM, MINIMUM, AVERAGE and COUNT can be performed on it.
