A rule used to support separating, grouping or specifying a description of the next set of rules.
The Separator is not an actual Conversion Rule, but rather a means to enter a dividing label to separate or group listed rules into logical groups. The name of the separator, which is displayed in the listing, is free form text. An associated free-form description can be entered, and this description is displayed when the separator is selected.
