Showing and Hiding Repositories

When you have multiple repositories, WhereScape 3D allows you to hide certain repositories, so they are no longer visible in the tree.

Note
If some repositories are of an older version, and you have the latest version of 3D installed, those repositories will be hidden as well.

By only seeing the content you are working on, the screen is kept in a clean way with little unnecessary distractions.

To hide a repository, right-click on the repository and select Hide repository.

From the Manage repository visibility dialog, as shown in the following screenshot, select any of the three visibility options.

Options	Description
REPLACE WITH THIS IMAGE: Images/Common_Icons/up.png	Click to move the selected repository a level up.
REPLACE WITH THIS IMAGE: Images/Common_Icons/down.png	Click to move the selected repository a level down.
REPLACE WITH THIS IMAGE: Images/Common_Icons/hide.png Hide	Click to Hide the selected repository.
REPLACE WITH THIS IMAGE: Images/Common_Icons/show.png Show	Click to Show the hidden repository.
REPLACE WITH THIS IMAGE: Images/Common_Icons/unlink.png Unlink	Click to Unlink the selected repository. To relink the repository, refer to Linking an Existing Repository for details.
Bulk action	To perform bulk actions: Press Ctrl + mouse click and select all the repositories. From the Set visibility on selected repositories drop-down menu, select any one option.
