Before deployment, you need to have an application ready to be deployed, and a WEB license for the target system.

A Framework with an Application to Be Deployed

In order to complete this tutorial, you must have created a Framework with an application ready to be deployed.

If you do not have them ready, follow the steps in Create Your Own Visual LANSA Framework and Create an Auto-SCRUD Business Object to quickly create a Framework with an application to be deployed.

A Repository List for Your Objects

Next Create a Repository List to Track the Things You Create in This Tutorial. It is quicker to deploy a list of objects than select them individually. Ensure the repository list matches the Framework generation prefix.

WEB License for the Target Machine

Ensure you have a WEB license for the Windows application server on the target machine. If you need more information, see Licensing at the LANSA Support website.
