When a configuration is used as a Network Client-server, it must have access to third-party installs (such as the compiler and .NET) so that Network Clients can be automatically upgraded. Due to the size of these third-party installs, they will only be copied to a directory under the configuration's root directory if "Yes" is selected on this dialog.
This dialog will only be displayed for an Upgrade or a Repair/Modify.
