1. Link and build your second query over the Employee file by dragging the xEmployee by xDepartment and xEmployID file name to the Defined Links to Queries panel.
The fields of that file will be displayed and become available for selection in your second query.
2. Select the following fields for your query:
- Identification
- Surname
- Given Names
