You can get help at any time in LANSA Composer by pressing F1. You may also use the commands provided in the Help menu.
When you request help, LANSA Composer opens the LANSA Composer Guide in your web browser, usually at a topic related to what you are presently doing.
By default, LANSA Composer uses the LANSA Composer Guide from the LANSA web. This ensures that you have access to the most recent documentation for the version of the software you are using.
If you do not have internet access or if you prefer it for any reason, you may have LANSA Composer open a local copy instead. This copy is installed on your computer with LANSA Composer, but it may not be the most recent documentation available. To use the local copy, open the LANSA Composer Options window from the Tools menu, select the General page, and change the selection under the heading Help and documentation.
