The behavior of the menu options Save, Save and Restart, and Save and Exit has changed. If there has not been any change to the current Framework, the user is asked if they want to save the current Framework anyway.
This means there is no need to make dummy changes when a Framework requires regenerating, for example to refresh VLF-ONE resources.
