Description

Gets the submodel from the Repository and checks it out exclusively. Returns 1 on success, 0 otherwise. PARAMETERS: Model (String), Submodel (String), CheckOut (Boolean), Exclusive (Boolean). RETURN DATATYPE: Integer.
