In this step:
1. Change the Holiday Start Date and Holiday End Date fields to only show the date, not the time.
2. Change the Holiday Comments to be visualized by default as a multiline edit box, and to allow lowercase.
Hint: If the initial field visualization length is too long, adjust this as well.
