You can define your own custom Activities for use with LANSA Composer. Once your Activity is fully-described to Composer, you can orchestrate it along with other Activities and Transformation Maps in a Processing Sequence.
You will require Visual LANSA software and have the ability to write Visual LANSA RDMLX programs in order to create your own Activities.
Developing a custom Activity should involve at least the following steps:
- Step 1. Plan Your Custom Activity
- Step 2. Define the Activity to LANSA Composer
- Step 3. Create the Activity Processor
- Step 4. Test your Activity
- Step 5. Deploy your Custom Activity
