Switches on server connection checking by the Framework.
When it is switched off, you can still code #avFramework.avCheckConnection in your command handlers and filters
The default is unchecked.
Note that you cannot use this feature if you are using the avPrivateConnect method. For more information refer to the IIPs provided In VLF-WIN.
