Add Method - ObjectPermissions Collection

Description

Creates an ObjectPermission. PARAMETERS: GranteeType (0 = DBUser, 1 = DBRole), Grantee (String or integer), ActionType (G = Grant, R = Revoke), PermissionType (String), AttributeId (Integer).
