Inside the Manage Scheduled Tasks window, you can perform different actions to administer your different scheduled tasks. Managing scheduled tasks include refreshing the task list, viewing logs and results, creating new scheduled tasks, editing existing ones, and deleting them.

The Manage Scheduled Tasks window displays all scheduled tasks, their name, the account they were run as, and the timestamp of the most recent run this task had.

Click Refresh to update the list of scheduled tasks.

Once you select a task you can click on View Logs And Results of that specific task. This opens a new window that displays the logs and results from said task.

In the Results tab, you can click Explore and it will open the folder where the results file was created. Once you select the file you can click Open and it will directly open the file.

When you click Create, the window to choose a Server or Database pops up and you can proceed as usual when scheduling a task.

If you want to edit a scheduled task, select it in the manager and click the Edit button, this action will open the Edit Scheduled Task dialog where you can make your changes.

Note that only some changes can be made. Data like the name or the interval cannot be edited.

You can delete a scheduled task by selecting it in the manager and clicking Delete.
