The conceptual model allows the user to specify the relations between entities at a high level of abstraction.
The result of the conceptual model acts as the base for a logical model (logical models then contain more details).
The conceptual model allows the user to document use cases and scenarios by having notes of different types of categories attached to the entities.
Conceptual models have the following main settings:
