From the Tools menu, select Manage UI Configuration:


UI Configurations allow the user to define the fields available on certain configurable UI's. WhereScape 3D stores any data captured in these fields and treats it like any other object metadata, making it available to all automation aspects of the tool.

Note

UI Configuration is not available by default and must activated from Tools > Settings > Enabled functionality > UI Configuration.


UI Configuration Pane

Available UI configurations are listed in this left-hand pane. Select a UI configuration to display its content in the editor pane.

Description

Click to Add a UI configuration.

Click to Edit the selected UI configuration.

Click to make a Copy of the selected UI configuration.

Click to Delete the selected UI configuration.

Click to Import a UI configuration from a .uiconfig file.

Click to Export a UI configuration to a .uiconfig file.

Editor Pane

The editor pane displays the content of the selected UI configuration which can then be edited, with assistance of the tools provided via icons in the toolbar.

Click to Goto a line.

Display Whitespace

Compare and merge the configuration with other configurations in the same repository.

Reset - remove all changes since the "Apply" button was clicked.
