Use the Settings window to specify which folder SQL VDB uses to stores data files when creating a virtual database. For more information about virtual data files, review how SQL VDB works. For more information about other configuration tasks, see Configure your deployment.
You can type the directory path for the folder you want to use or click the browse button to navigate to the folder. Once you have specified the appropriate folder, click OK .
Ensure the SQL VDB Filter Service account has read and write access rights on the specified folder. For more information, see the product requirements.
