You can use Windows SQL Server Management Studio on the windows for the entire migration in case that SQL Server instance Windows Instance can connect to the SQL Server Linux instance. In such cases, the entire migration between instances can be achieved using the Windows SQL Server Management Studio.

Following are steps to migrate. The assumption for the steps is that IDERA Dashboard repository is present in the SQL Server Linux instance and you need to migrate to the SQL Server Windows instance. The Apply the same steps can be applied to migrate the other way around as well.
