The All User Permissions report allows you to review all objects with permissions in databases for all servers.

Warning

This report can take significant time to generate and may heavily use your system resources. Consider running it from Microsoft Reporting Services instead.

Getting Started

Follow these steps to create a report:

  1. Select the Date, Policy, and Baseline options from the Report Settings box.
  2. Select a SQL Server instance. Otherwise, you can select them all.
  3. Choose the Level (User or Member).
  4. Select the Object Type from the drop-box.
  5. Select a Permission Type.
  6. Type or browse for the User name.
  7. Choose the Login Type.
  8. Click the View Report button to generate your report.

You can collapse or expand each option for the available Databases.
