The Database Objects tab of the Object Level Recovery Wizard allows you to choose which object type(s) to recover. In this section you can follow these steps:

  1. Based on the database selected in the select databases section of the Object Level Recovery Wizard, you can specify which objects will be recovered per chosen database.
  2. Select the database objects to restore separately, such as tables, stored procedures, functions, views, schemas, etc.
  3. Restore As specifies the name of the database that will be created to restore your selected objects. This database name should be unique.
  4. The File location field specifies the location of the new database named in step 3. This path should be accessible from the target SQL Server.

Restoring an object that has a relationship with another object requires you to select both objects to restore.
For example, selecting a table to restore but not the related schema will not be successful. As part of the Object Level Recovery operation, SQL Safe will mount a virtual database temporarily in order to perform the restore operation. The file location for this virtual database defaults to <install location>\\SQLSafeVirtualRestore. You can change it by adjusting the SQL Safe registry entries. Contact Idera's support for information.

Once you configure the database objects, click NEXT to configure notifications.
