The 'Send Notification to All Users' widget of the Administration view allows users to send a product upgrade warning message to all users.
To send a notification:
- Select Send Notification in the Administration view, and the 'Send Notification to All Users' window displays:
- Type your warning message and click Send.
- A preview of your warning displays. If you want to proceed, click OK.
The Notifications feature requires you to previously configure SMTP settings. Email notifications can only be sent to users with a registered Email address.
