Adds support of authorizations for PostgreSQL through Google Cloud
This release of DB PowerStudio provides authorizations for PostgreSQL through Google Cloud for all DB PowerStudio products (DBArtisan, Rapid SQL, DB Change Manager, and DB Optimizer).
