The IDERA Newsfeed Platform lets you pick the Repository settings that best fit your environment and monitoring needs.
You can perform the following modifications:
- The Windows account or SQL login credentials that the SQLDM & Newsfeed Service uses to connect to the Repository database.
- The age limit at which the Repository grooming job permanently deletes stale activity and deleted or disabled objects.
If you have migrated the Repository to a new SQL Server instance, you can also change the name and location of the Repository database.
