1. Log in to the Customer Support Portal (https://idera.secure.force.com/) and download the appropriate installation kit from the My Products tab.
  2. Run the installation kit on the server hosting the new SQL Safe Management Service installation.
  3. Specify a directory where the installation kit extracts the files.
  4. The Idera SQL Safe Quick Start window appears. Select the option to install All Components.
  5. The Idera SQL Safe Setup wizard launches. Install the SQL Safe Management Service. You can use the Custom setup to select only the SQL Safe Management Service.
By default, the SQL Safe Backup Service is included in the installation and cannot be deselected.
