The requirements detailed in this page, are also applied when setting up a VM for SQL Workload Analysis.
Installs under 15 monitored instances

Remember that when the number of SQL instances to be Monitored is more than 15, the minimum requirement is 16GB RAM and 4 CPU core processors.
