You may occasionally encounter errors, such as a directory checksum error, when extracting the Uptime Infrastructure Monitor agent installation package.
To resolve this error
- Download the agent package again.
- Make sure that all file transfers are completed in BINARY mode, including FTP / NFS transfers.
- Do not edit the installer file with a text editor.
