Webroutineに時間を表示・入力する際に使用するフォーマットまたはマスクを指定します。ウェブレットに時間をどのようにフォーマットするかを伝える様々な書式指定子を含んだ文字列です。
有効な書式指定子は次の通りです：

s | 秒を00から59までの数字で表示します。 |
sss | ミリ秒を000から999までの数字で表示します。全ての値が3桁で表示されます。 |

注意：ここではウェブレットが使用するプレゼンテーション形式を指定します。Webroutineから受信・送信する、入力および出力の日付は常にISO形式です。このプロパティを使って異なるプレゼンテーション形式を選択する場合、ウェブレットは必要に応じて内部プレゼンテーションの変換を行います。 |
