HTTP Error 403: Forbidden By Rule
The most common cause for this error is an incorrect URL specified when you attempt to invoke Web application.
- Carefully check the syntax of the URL.
- Check the process, function and partition name.
Another common cause of this error is an authority problem.
- If using anonymous access, check the Default User to identify the associated user profile.
- If using an IBM i Web Server, check that the IBM i user profile has authority on the CGI-BIN library and files.
You also get this error if you haven't web-enabled your application: LWEBSF, process web-enabled, recompile, web-enable from Administrator.
