3.1.1 Using a Workstation as a Server
The listener is automatically installed on PCs running Windows Server.
If the PC to be used as a server is running Windows Workstation, the listener must be manually installed by executing the command: lcolist -I. For further information refer to Set Up Listener on the Data/Application Server in the Web Administration Guide.
You must check the status of the listener before a PC can be used as a server.
