2.8.5 Layout Manager
Layout managers are used to control the positioning of components on a form regardless of the screen resolution. Refer to What the Application will look like for more information.
TitleBarVisible
You can use the TitleBarVisible property to display and hide the title bar of the form at run-time. When this property is set to False, the title bar is not visible, there is no system menu or border icons.
