Step 6. Create an Access Route and a Predetermined Join Column (PJC)

In this step, create an access route from the Employee Holidays table to the Employee Table. The number of records is one.
1.  Create a field for the employee surname to be used as a PJC as follows.

2.  Define an Access Route to the Employee table, with a key of iiiEmployNumber.
3.  Define the Predetermined Join Column to retrieve iiiSurnamePJC from the employee surname (iiiSurname) in the Employee table. This is a lookup PJC.
4. Compile your table to recreate the OAM.
