TickFrequency sets the frequency of tick marks

Details
TickFrequency controls the frequency of tick marks on a track bar in relation to its MinimumValue and MaximumValue
For example, if the range is from 0 to 10, and the TickFrequency is 2, there will be one tick for every 2 increments in the range.
