注釈テキストが多く、複数行、にまたがる場合、子フレーズ・エレメントを使用できます。
フレーズ・テキストは、開始フレーズ・タグと終了フレーズ・タグで囲まれたvalue属性やテキスト・ノードから生じます。
options属性を使用して、テキスト値の前後にスペースや新規行を挿入できます。
optionsの値はトークンのコンマ区切りリストです。
